I have been a resident of the Silver Valley since 1989 and am the Broker and Owner of Silver Legacy Realty.  I have always valued providing professional service to my clients and staying current on local, state and national issues affecting personal property rights.

I am a recipient of the following National Association of Realtors® professional designations:  Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Counsel of Residential Specialists (CRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) in addition to the Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification.  Locally I was awarded Circle of Excellence for many years and even won the Coeur d’Alene Association of Realtors® REALTOR® of the Year award in 2009…a once in a lifetime award.

On a personal note, we also own Hulstrom Construction Inc. I enjoy volunteering in my community (the Jackass Half Marathon is a blast!), gardening, working on projects, spending time with family and friends and hanging out with my husband and our best friend Benson, our goldendoodle!
